海外配送について

株式会社チャクセスでは、一部の商品について海外配送のご相談を承ります。配送可否、送料、納期および保証条件は、商品の仕様、梱包サイズ、輸出入規制、使用国の電圧・安全規格等を確認したうえでご案内します。

ご注文前にご確認ください

  • 対応商品：すべての商品が海外発送可能とは限りません。食品・飲料は、国・地域により輸入禁止または許可・検査の対象となる場合があります。
  • 電源・規格：機械類は、電圧、周波数、プラグ形状、CE・NSF等の安全・衛生規格をお客様の責任でご確認ください。日本国内100V仕様品を海外で使用した場合、保証や修理対応の対象外となることがあります。
  • 関税等：関税、輸入税、付加価値税、通関手数料、保管料その他到着国で発生する費用はお客様のご負担です。
  • 配送・梱包：輸出用の強化梱包や貨物保険を推奨します。配送業者、梱包方法および保険条件はお見積り時にご案内します。
  • 返品・保証：海外配送後のお客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けできません。海外仕様品および海外で使用する製品の保証・修理条件は、商品ごとに異なります。

お見積りに必要な情報

  1. お名前・会社名・メールアドレス・電話番号
  2. 配送先の国、郵便番号、州／都道府県、市区町村、住所
  3. 商品名、URL、数量
  4. 業務用／個人用の別、予定用途
  5. 機械類の場合：必要電圧、周波数、プラグ形状
  6. 希望納期、梱包・保険に関するご希望

お支払い：原則として日本円（JPY）での銀行振込・前払いです。海外送金に伴う送金銀行、中継銀行および受取銀行の手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

株式会社チャクセス可为部分商品提供海外配送咨询。是否可配送、运费、交期及保修条件，需要根据商品规格、包装尺寸、进出口规定、目的地电压与安全标准等逐单确认。

下单前请确认

  • 可配送商品：并非所有商品均可出口。食品和饮料可能受到目的地国家或地区的禁止进口、许可、检验或标签规定限制。
  • 电压与标准：购买机器设备前，请自行确认目的地的电压、频率、插头形式及 CE、NSF 等安全/卫生标准。日本国内 100V 型号用于海外时，可能无法享受保修或维修服务。
  • 关税与税费：关税、进口税、增值税、清关费、仓储费及目的地发生的其他费用由收件人承担。
  • 运输与包装：建议选择出口加强包装及货运保险。承运方式、包装及保险条件将在报价中说明。
  • 退换与保修：海外发货后，原则上不接受因客户原因提出的退货或换货。海外规格商品及在海外使用的设备，其保修和维修条件以各商品说明及报价为准。

询价时请提供

  1. 姓名、公司名称、邮箱及联系电话
  2. 收货国家、邮编、州/省、市及完整地址
  3. 商品名称、商品链接及数量
  4. 商用或个人使用，以及计划用途
  5. 机器设备所需电压、频率及插头形式
  6. 希望交期，以及包装和保险要求

付款：原则上以日元（JPY）银行转账并预付全款。汇款银行、中转银行及收款银行产生的手续费均由客户承担。

International Shipping

Cha-ccess Co., Ltd. can arrange international shipping for selected products. Availability, freight charges, lead time and warranty conditions are quoted individually after we review the product specifications, packing dimensions, export/import rules, local voltage and applicable safety standards.

Please check before ordering

  • Eligible products: Not every item can be shipped internationally. Food and beverages may be prohibited or subject to permits, inspection or labeling requirements in the destination country.
  • Voltage and compliance: For machinery, customers must confirm the destination voltage, frequency, plug type and any required standards such as CE or NSF. Japanese domestic 100V models used abroad may not qualify for warranty or repair support.
  • Duties and taxes: The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import tax, VAT/GST, clearance fees, storage fees and other charges assessed in the destination country.
  • Shipping and packing: Export-grade reinforced packing and cargo insurance are recommended. The carrier, packing method and insurance terms will be stated in our quotation.
  • Returns and warranty: Customer-requested returns or exchanges are generally not accepted after international dispatch. Warranty and repair conditions for export models or products used outside Japan vary by item.

Information required for a quotation

  1. Name, company name, email address and telephone number
  2. Destination country, postal code, state/province, city and full street address
  3. Product name, product URL and quantity
  4. Business or personal use and intended application
  5. For machinery: required voltage, frequency and plug type
  6. Requested delivery date and any packing or insurance requirements

Payment: Payment is generally required in advance by bank transfer in Japanese yen (JPY). All fees charged by the remitting, intermediary and receiving banks are the customer’s responsibility.
